Janet Pierson, Skip and Peggy Preiss purchased Lazy Oaks Resort on Rainbow Lake in June, 2007, two years after acquiring Lake of the Woods Resort. Janet and Peggy are sisters and Peggy is Skip’s wife. Sean Preiss, Skip and Peggy Preiss’ son, lives at the resort and manages the property.
